Account Manager (2 Openings):

The Account Manager position has a competitive salary range plus participation in the bonus pool. A hard worker having 7+ years of proven relevant experience with excellent multitasking skills, can handle difficult situations, and has the ability to “effectively market” additional solutions to clients will have a higher earning potential.

Account Manager responsibilities include:

  • Manage relationship with new clients during NovoPath implementations
    1. Interface with Sales and Product Managers
    2. Work with Implementation Project Managers to deliver per client plans
    3. Become familiar with client’s needs
    4. Conduct and be available for client calls
    5. Be ready to resolve and address any client concerns
  • Call on existing clients – remote and direct
    1. Determine satisfaction levels
    2. Define additional needs
    3. Promote NovoPath Solutions
    4. Provide Demos as required
    5. Record / document findings / maintain records
  • Prepare quotes and financial estimates for clients’ new work
  • Orchestrate / participate in User Group Meetings as necessary
  • Attend Trade Shows to Promote NovoPath
  • Timely submit expense reports
  • Provide suggestions for New Product Development to Management
  • Ability to travel / commitment to travel approximately 25% of time
  • Additional activities as determined by NovoPath Management

Requirements:

  • BS, BA or equivalent, technical background preferred
  • Excellent people skills
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Must be organized and punctual
  • Must be able to handle difficult situations calmly, politely and professionally
  • Must be able to present NovoPath technical solutions to clients
  • 7+ years of relevant industry experience
Position is ideal for a candidate considering Business Development or Sales Management track.

Implementation Project Manager (3 Openings):

The Implementation Project Manager position has a competitive salary range plus participation in the bonus pool. Someone with 5-7+ years of relevant experience will tend to be towards the higher end of the range. Someone with little or no relevant experience will start at the lower end of the range.

Implementation Project Manager responsibilities include:

  • Be responsible for implementing software solutions at clients' locations
  • Work closely with Account Managers on new client account transfer and on add-on implementations
  • Ensure that all proper procedures are followed during implementation
  • Interface with clients and manage and meet or exceed set deadline expectations
  • Validate software to make sure it meets the client’s requested functional requirements
  • Train clients on the use of company software
  • Ensure that clients are satisfied with products and services provided
  • Transition clients to Support and Client Services
  • Funnel customer feedback pertaining to project implementation
  • Contribute to periodic reviews of software enhancements reported by clients

Requirements:

  • BS, BA or equivalent, technical background preferred
  • Excellent people skills
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Must be organized and punctual
  • Must be able to train others on how to use software
