Q: Ryan, tells us a little bit about yourself and your background.

  • A: Well for starters, I have more than 20+ years of experience in the LIS market (not trying to date myself) industry. I am focusing on laboratory operations and management, as well as healthcare IT solutions. Prior to joining the NovoPath team, I served as SR VP of North American Sales at a leading healthcare technology company.

Q: That’s impressive, why did you decide to jump ship and become a NovoPather?

  • A: I was drawn to NovoPath because of the company’s innovative approach to cloud technology and how NovoPath 360 is a cloud-native platform that I believe is ready to take pathology informatics head-on. The team at NovoPath has developed a comprehensive cloud platform that I see is transforming the industry and wanted to be a part of that change.


    NovoPath’s vision for the future is to continue innovating and expanding its offerings to meet the evolving needs of the healthcare industry. In my short time here, I have seen how NovoPath is committed to staying ahead of the curve by leveraging emerging technologies.

Q: What can customers and partners expect from NovoPath under your leadership?

  • A: Customers and partners can expect NovoPath to continue delivering innovative solutions that improve laboratory workflow and patient care. I am committed to working closely with our customers and partners to understand their needs and develop LIS solutions that meet those needs. Overall, customers and partners can expect NovoPath to be a trusted partner in improving healthcare delivery.


Q: When you are not working? What do you enjoy doing?

  • A: As a father of two boys, one of whom is very active in baseball, I enjoy spending my free time watching and supporting his games. I believe that sports provide a valuable opportunity for children to learn essential life skills such as teamwork, perseverance, and discipline. In addition to baseball games, I also enjoy spending time outdoors with my family, whether it’s a hiking, camping, or just exploring new places. Family time is important to me, and I always try to make the most of the time I have with my loved ones.
