NovoPath is looking for a dedicated UI/UX designer and researcher to join our team. You will be responsible for helping define and drive the future of our products. You will help discover and articulate what our users need from and how they interact with our products by conducting research, working with cross-functional teams, and performing usability studies. You will take what you learn and use it to create intuitive UI/UX designs that will make our software functional and efficient for our users. Other responsibilities include prototyping, evaluating qualitative and quantitative data, and promoting design and UX best practices within the development team.

This position is fully remote. Up to 20% travel may be required.


  • Design customized experiences for the digital user
  • Build and maintain designs and prototypes for use by Product and Development teams
  • Produce high-quality solutions through flow diagrams, visual designs, storyboards and site maps
  • Use a diverse set of UX research and design tools.
  • Maintain an edge over competitive products and stay on top of current UX standards and industry trends
  • Understand product specifications and user psychology and create designs that satisfy both
  • Conduct and evaluate qualitative and quantitative research
  • Perform market and ethnographic research
  • Identify target user groups and carry out interviews or other types of inquiry to help understand user needs
  • Perform usability studies with customers

Required Qualifications

  • Two or more years of UI/UX experience
  • Familiarity with web and mobile platforms
  • Enthusiastic about resolving user problems through phenomenal design
  • Proactive about applying design best practices and driving consistency across the application
  • Comfortable driving the full range of design activities from research to concepting through final visual design
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with development teams
  • Ability to perform all research-related tasks including research, planning, evaluating, and iteration
  • Ability to formulate specific, answerable, and practical questions
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and act as a strategic partner in product decisions
  • Experience with remote testing tools
  • Excellent time-management skills
  • Familiarity with common design and collaboration tools (ex. Adobe XD, Figma, Envision, Miro)
