Meet Josh Williams, New Director of Support
In continued efforts to optimize and enhance our support services, we are happy to introduce Josh Williams, our new Director of Support.
Josh will be overseeing daily support operations, focusing on customer experience and process improvement in order to streamline, enhance and build a world-class support experience for our customers.
Prior to joining NovoPath, Josh led technical support for various product lines at Carestream Dental, a dentistry-software company.
Josh is also an avid sports fan with the Atlanta Braves and Dallas Cowboys being his favorite teams.
