NovoPath Extends LIS Capabilities with FrontRunnerHC LabXchange and PatientRemedi Solutions
NovoPath is excited to enhance our mission in redefining the way labs operate by becoming a reseller and integrating FrontRunnerHC® solutions into our SaaS-based laboratory information system (LIS), NovoPath 360.
NovoPath 360 LIS provides the tools, capabilities, and workflows diagnostic laboratories need to operate efficiently, making it easier to provide faster diagnoses accurately.
This agreement combines NovoPath’s SaaS-based LIS platform NovoPath 360 and FrontRunnerHC’s LabXchange® and PatientRemedi® solutions to capture patient information at order entry, cross-check and verify patient information, and automatically feed test orders into NovoPath 360 to be quickly processed, tested, diagnosed and resulted.
With the integration of LabXchange by FrontRunnerHC into NovoPath 360 users can electronically register patients for a test, securely capture their information at order entry, transmit the data directly to the lab, & communicate test results immediately via email or SMS text.
Streamlining the order entry process with automation helps expedite the diagnosis by ensuring the patient data arrives seamlessly and enables easy tracking of orders and their status while helping to ensure you get paid for your services.
Reducing the need for manual data entry, LabXchange also helps eliminate inaccurate, missing, or incomplete patient demographic & insurance information.
With the additional capabilities available with PatientRemedi, labs also have the ability to cross-check, verify, and fix the patient demographic and insurance information – in real-time or batch as you prefer.
Leveraging robotic process automation (RPA) tailored to your specific patient population and access to the largest payer network in the industry, PatientRemedi helps ensure you have the accurate patient demographic, insurance, and financial information you need to help you maximize your reimbursements and provide a positive patient experience.
All the information is aggregated for you to view in one place and is accessible through a workflow portal, APIs, and progressive web applications (PWA).
Through integration, the information can also be automatically posted back to NovoPath 36o and your billing system.
